We work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.

There is often treatment provided during your assessment visit, as well as an individualized exercise plan taught to you.

Follow up treatmnets will involve a quick re-assessment of the affected areas, in addition to a combination of treatment strategies to improve your symptoms. These may include manual therapy, soft tissue release, acupuncture, postural education, exercise and more.

  • The number of sessions varies based on the nature and severity of your condition. After a thorough assessment, our Physiotherapists will provide a personalized treatment plan, including an estimated timeframe. Progress will be regularly reviewed, and adjustments made as needed to ensure the most effective rehabilitation.
