Meet the Team

Registered Physiotherapist
PT, FCAMPT, MSc (PT), BSc (Hons Kin), Dip. AIM, CIDN
I completed my Bachelor of Science Honours Kinesiology degree from the University of Waterloo in 2009. Following this I attended the University of Western Ontario for my Masters of Physiotherapy degree, which I completed in 2012.
I have taken multiple post-graduate courses to add to my treatment approach, including Mulligan therapy techniques, soft-tissue release, concussion rehab, multiple vestibular rehabilitation courses, and I have completed my STOTT Pilates certification for rehab therapists. I also hold my Level 1 and 2 Traditional Acupuncture through Acupuncture Canada (AFCI), and am certified in Integrated Dry Needling Acupuncture. I enjoy taking new courses with up-to-date research to help improve and expand on my manual therapy skills, and through years of extensive post-graduate courses, I completed my Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy in 2022. I am now proud to be a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT); an internationally recognized qualification in manual therapy. Furthermore, I have taken additional courses in Pediatric Physiotherapy with a focus on gross motor milestones and infant motor development.
I always want to ensure that every client understands their injury fully, and that they are comfortable and confident with their individualized treatment plan. I aim to have each client be an active participant in their care, and make sure that all movement mechanics that may be at fault are addressed in their treatment program. I use a combination of manual therapy, acupuncture (traditional and/or dry needling), stability exercises, and education, to help each client reach their goal. Most importantly, I feel my calming and empathetic nature helps each client feel comfortable and safe in our treatment space. Creating strong positive therapist-client relationships is what has drawn many clients to me over the years, even being awarded the Reader's Choice Award for Best Physiotherapist in KW region in 2021 and again after returning from maternity leave in 2024.
In the summer of 2023 I became a first time mom to my beautiful baby boy Myles, and when I have spare time I enjoy going for runs with my dogs Ricki and Charlie, rock climbing, and I am often traveling up to Sauble Beach to enjoy beautiful Bruce County with my family!
Leanne Park
Registered Physiotherapist
PT, MSc (PT), BSc (Hons Kin), CIDN
My love of physiotherapy started at the age of 12, thanks to a severe back injury I sustained through my “career” as a competitive gymnast. I was fortunate enough to have an amazing physiotherapist—with a passion for teaching—that got me back to my sport, but also opened my eyes to the bewilderment and wonder of our incredible bodies. Since then, I have been on a path to help others through movement -as I was.
This led me to pursue and complete my Bachelor of Science Honors Kinesiology with a minor in Rehabilitation Sciences in 2018 from the University of Waterloo. I then went on to earn my Master of Physical Therapy in 2020 from Western University.
Since graduating I have continued my education through various post-graduate courses including, concussion management, vestibular rehabilitation, advanced manual and manipulative orthopedics, pediatric and infant gross motor development, and level 1 traditional acupuncture through Acupuncture Canada. In addition, I have completed my certification in Integrated Dry Needling Acupuncture.
Due to my background as a personal trainer and artistic gymnastics coach, my first love in physiotherapy has always been orthopedics and sport specific training. I have treated a variety of patients of all ages as well as professional acrobatics, Canadian athletes and aspiring and retired professional athletes. However, since physiotherapy school I have had a special interest in treating pediatrics/infants and patients with neurological injuries. I have since had years of experience treating various orthopedic conditions as well as conditions such as, delayed motor milestones, torticollis, plagiocephaly, toe walking, low tone, mild traumatic brain injuries, acquired brain injuries, concussion, stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, Functional Neurological Disorder, etc.
What I love about being a physiotherapist is that I get an opportunity with each patient to teach them something new about their own body so they can be an active participant in their recovery. Using a collaborative goal-oriented approach, I will help lead you to your peak health and fitness with a combination of manual therapy, exercise, traditional acupuncture, dry needling, cupping, education and neurological facilitation.
Outside of the clinic you can find me standing on my hands, hanging off a rock wall (indoors and outdoors), flipping through the air with my acrobatic partners, attending hot yoga/pilates, making stain glass suncatchers, learning to cook (better) from my brilliant best friend, running (even in the winter), and cuddling with my dog Roscoe.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with Honours from the University of Windsor in 2010, my path to becoming a Physiotherapist actually started when I was working as a CanFitPro Certified Personal Trainer. I found that I particularly enjoyed helping clients with specific mobility and activity restrictions and it was here that I truly discovered my passion for the human body, fitness and wellness. From there, I began taking Kinesiology courses from the University of Waterloo and volunteering at all different types of establishments including clinics, extended care facilities and fitness studios. I graduated from Western University’s Master of Physical Therapy Program in 2020 and have been practicing ever since!
Since graduating, I have continued my education in multiple areas by taking courses in Manual Therapy (Orthopedic Division Level 2 - Lower), Acupuncture (APTEI Level 1), Mulligan techniques, Shoulder Rehabilitation (Lynn Watson), and have become certified in Integrated Dry Needling.
Working as a physiotherapist has truly been my dream job come true! It is incredibly rewarding to help people not only reduce their pain but to see their quality of life increase as they start getting back to the activities they love. Starting with the very first appointment, my goal is to truly understand who my patient is and why they are here. I believe that being empathetic, actively listening, working collaboratively and giving patients the tools they need is what it takes to be successful. I love working with all types of people with various injuries and impairment and my background in personal training and exercise allows me to help people get stronger, regardless if you are a beginner, a lifter, or someone just trying to try a new activity!
Outside of work, music plays a big role in my life! I sing, play piano, dance, and perform in community theatre as often as I can. If I’m not on stage or annoying the neighbors, I enjoy playing tennis, cycling, golfing, rock climbing, and snowboarding. My partner Ken and I also love taking our dogs Reese and Emma for long hikes and trips to the park and I guarantee you will hear me talking about my dogs when you are in the clinic!
Soodeh Amjadi
Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
PT, BSc
I graduated from Shahid Beheshti University in 2001 with a Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy. For the next 10 years, I worked as a Cardiac Rehabilitation Physiotherapist in a hospital setting, treating both inpatient and outpatient cases. During this time I was able to collaborate with some of the surgeons researching the effects of exercise therapy for different cardiac problems. Treating patients in an outpatient hospital setting has broadened my knowledge in a variety of different fields including: orthopedics, neurology, sports injuries, pediatrics, motor vehicle accidents, geriatrics, and healing and wound management.
Over the years I have developed a passion for treating different pelvic dysfunctions in both male and female patients. I decided to turn my focus to treating patients with pelvic health conditions, and pursued many specialized courses to become a Pelvic Physiotherapist. My extensive orthopedic and pelvic health training, in combination with my vast clinical experience, offers a unique approach for individuals dealing with pelvic dysfunctions including incontinence, prolapse, and pregnancy issues, just to name a few.
I am committed to providing the highest quality of care to my patients by integrating evidence-based practice along with my 20+ years of clinical experience. I believe in implementing highly individualized treatment plans and I rely heavily on manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription and patient education. I value the importance of continuing education and I intend on continuing to take advanced courses to serve Waterloo Region and the Woolwich community in the best way possible.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, running, and spending time with my family and friends.

Kiana Ferrede
Patient Care Coordinator
Hi, I’m Kiana! I’m so excited to be part of the Peak Physiotherapy & Wellness team as a Patient Care Coordinator. I love being one of the first people patients see when they arrive—helping create a welcoming, supportive experience is something I truly value.
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carleton University, and an Occupational Therapy Assistant & Physiotherapy Assistant diploma from Conestoga College. I’ve worked as a physiotherapy assistant in both long-term care and clinic settings, and I’m currently continuing my education with the goal of becoming a registered neuro-physiotherapist.
My passion for neuro physiotherapy began during my psychology degree, when I found myself especially drawn to neuro-focused courses. During my placements, I had the opportunity to work with a number of neuro patients; I was inspired to dive deeper into the specialty, and I’ve been hooked ever since. It’s incredibly rewarding to be a part of improving someone’s quality of life when they’ve been impacted by neurological challenges.
I grew up in Waterloo, and I’m proud to be working in and around the community I call home. When I’m not at the clinic, you can usually find me singing, hiking, or spending time in nature—there’s nothing like being surrounded by trees to reset and recharge.
